I just felt I had to let you know how amazed I was at your service. Not only was my parcel delivered within 22 hours of placing my
order, I was also extremely surprised at the quality of the products despite the price! I'm not sure how you do it but thank-you!
The only negative thing I would say is that I wish you were able to supply all the
other items needed for childrens parties such as tableware etc. then I wouldn't have to use less reliable suppliers!!
(We will be doing this stuff soon - Robin).

Regarding the site and service i recently received - the site i found particularly easy to use. I like the way items at the top of the page are set out
in order of price. This made it really easy for me to find what i needed by how much i wanted to spend. and saved me a lot of time by not having to trawl through lots of stuff to find what was in my price range.

I thought the website was very user friendly,
I found what I was looking for either by looking under the various categories or specifically entering a description in search. All of which was very efficient.
I also thought the items were good value for money.
Your postal charge was much better priced than other competitor sites and you had a larger selection of goods which is why I chose your site.
The items were actually used for a 'push and pull' primary science lesson - the kids had great fun!

I thought that the whole process from selecting items to
receiving them was very efficient. Your website is very user friendly, I especially liked the option of selecting where to leave the items if they were delivered when I was not at home. I've had many parcels left at

Found site easier to use than some comparable ones, and big bonus was it didn't keep freezing on me like some of the others did - that's what
swung me to order with you rather than others I'd been browsing.
The email updates were fantastic, thank you - nothing worse than sending an order into the ether and then knowing nothing about what's happening.

site was easy to navigate. Another daughter is saving up for the penguin clock (didn't see that in time for her birthday). Very speedy delivery.

I know that I can order products for my daughters birthday parties, birthday presents, Christmas,etc a few days before and they will always be here on time.
I find your prices
great and have never come across anything similar to your products for the same or less cost infact, if anything, they have all been 50p or more more expensive and when you are ordering a few (I have 4 girls!) all
the 50ps start to add up.
I have recommended you to all of my friends and will certainly not be shopping anywhere else for birthdays, etc.
