I especially liked your web site because you put the size of each item down - I ordered my things for our Grand-daughters Advent Calendar which consists of 24 small drawers measuring roughly 4.5 cm square but 3.5 cm deep (ish) as you can imagine it's quite a job finding things to fit especially as she is not quite two!

Just an e-mail to let you know what I think about Woolgar's site - Its brill!
These are the reasons why I ordered from you:
1) Cheapest postage service to Europe - just hope it won't take too long before its delivered.
2) The site is presented very well - Its very clear, straight forward & no mess. If I see a website that's not presented very well I don't bother with it because it gives me a bad impression of being untidy, therefore if they're untidy with their "business card" presentation, it only leads me to wonder what do they work like?
3) The selection of toys are very good and the prices are reasonable too.
The only thing I would have liked to have seen is a bigger selection of loot bags Even coloured favour boxes or bags would have been an alternative. In the end I ordered them from another site. Well in my case I was looking for something in particular and I guess your main line of business is selling toys.

i thought your website is very good as you can see everything up close. i am a fundraiser for a playgroup and need small cheap prizes for christmas,spring fayres etc as you can`t charge dear prices. the only thing i couldn`t find on any site was a under 15p bubbles, so it might be an idea to maybe look for some, i know they wouldn`t be big bottles but kids love them. i certainly would use your site in the future.

The packing we use is not actually polystyrene, it's a maize based byproduct, if you put it into water it will disappear before your very eyes.
You can actually eat it if you really wanted to, not recommended though!
So there is no problem putting this out with your food waste, as long as your bin men are educated about this stuff.
If ever there is polystyrene packing used it is because a suppler of ours has used it to deliver goods to us, so we just re-use it.

Regarding the site and service i recently received - the site i found particularly easy to use. I like the way items at the top of the page are set out in order of price. This made it really easy for me to find what i needed by how much i wanted to spend. and saved me a lot of time by not having to trawl through lots of stuff to find what was in my price range.

I thought the website was very user friendly, I found what I was looking for either by looking under the various categories or specifically entering a description in search. All of which was very efficient.

I have ordered from your company on several occasions now and would just like to say how happy I am with your service every time and your products are of high quality.
I know that I can order products for my daughters birthday parties, birthday presents, Christmas,etc a few days before and they will always be here on time.
I find your prices great and have never come across anything similar to your products for the same or less cost infact, if anything, they have all been 50p or more more expensive and when you are ordering a few (I have 4 girls!) all the 50ps start to add up.
I have recommended you to all of my friends and will certainly not be shopping anywhere else for birthdays, etc.
