Depending on what you have ordered your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class/
Standard/Special Delivery or Parcel Force. Some of these services will ask for a signature before the goods can be left. If you would like it delivered to work or to a neighbour,
please let us know by using the extra address box at the checkout.
You also have the option to leave the parcel in a safe place. If you do choose this we
are afraid that we cannot be liable for any loss of the parcel after it has left our warehouse.

We are afraid our carriers charge extra for certain Scottish postcodes, so heavier parcels are charged at Parcel Force rates. The postcodes are: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
This only applies to heavier orders that have to go via carriers.

Lighter items will go by Royal Mail and and will cost the same as for UK Mainland, heavier items will be charge at Parcel Force rates. All non-UK postal costs are worked out depending on destination and weight. A signature is required on delivery for this service. We would hope that your order will reach you within 7 working days but no guarantees can be made.
