If I order today when will my goods arrive?
|
|
|
If you can get the order in before 2.30 pm we can normally get your parcel out that day,
during November and December this can take longer but
normally within 1-2 days.
Once despatched it depends on your location. For UK deliveries about 90% will get there the next working day but we always say give it 3 days just in case.
In a lot of
cases you can choose next day delivery if you get your order in before 2pm.
For the rest of the world please give it 3-7 days for it to arrive.
At Christmas things can take a day or so longer
due to the amount of orders coming in.

How much will postage cost?

Again this does depend where you want your parcel to go.
England, Wales and parts of Scotland will cost between £1.99 & £4.75.
With the rest of
the UK most orders tend to cost the same, the exception is when the parcel is heavy as we incur larger costs by our carriers.
The shopping basket will work out the exact charges once you tell it
where your delivery address is. See also our Delivery Options

What if I'm not in when they try to deliver my parcel?
|

|
In your basket it will tell you which delivery method your order will use.
If it is Royal Mail then the postman will leave you a card saying that a
parcel is waiting for you at their depot.
If the delivery is by Parcel Force they will put a card through you door with the parcel details and their phone number for you to ring. They will try
this twice then the parcel will get sent back to us, unfortunately if this happens we cannot refund the postal charges.
We strongly recommend that you give us a delivery address where you know
someone will be at i.e. work or relative, or tell us if we can leave the parcel with a neighbour. All this can be done when you reach the checkout.

What do these signs mean next to the BUY buttons   ?

The first one means that the toy is not suitable for children under 3 years old and the second one means that we can only deliver that product to the UK.
Sometimes there will be additional text that states if there are any other places we cannot send that item to.

How can I pay for my order?
|
|
|
We always like to give you a choice with this one.
Credit/Debit Cards can be taken via our Secure Server, by using PayPal or by phoning us (more info). Or if you
prefer to pay by cheque then just follow the simple instructions at the checkout. You can also use Google's new Checkout.
