How much will postage cost?
For UK Mainland (excl. Scottish Highlands) orders the most you will pay is £4.75. For Europe we have a minimum charge of £4.50 and for the rest of the world the minimum charge is £5.50.

When will we deliver your toys?
We want to get your order off to you as soon as possible. We would normally expect the goods to be despatched within 1-3 days, however if an item is being made for you ( doorplates etc.) please allow a bit more time. If we are out of stock on a toy of your choice, we will get in touch with you to give you more details.

Not what you wanted?
So you've received the parcel and it really is not what you wanted after all. No problem! As long as all the packaging is intact and the product has not been used, just send it back within 14 days of receipt and we'll give you a refund, exchange or credit straight away (excluding postal charges).

Oh no! Its broken.
In the unlikely event of faulty toys, please tell us immediately. After 21 years in the toy trade we pride ourselves on the quality of our goods, but to continue that quality we need to know of any problems. Please contact Robin or Ali straight away and we will get it sorted out and organise an exchange, refund or credit.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us so we can advise on the return of your product.

Delivery Instructions.
At the Checkout you have the chance to give any special instructions to help with the delivery of your parcel i.e. leave with a neighbour. We strongly recommend that you do this if possible as it will mean getting your order quickly.
We will pass these instructions on to our carriers but we cannot be liable if they do not follow them.
If you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place all liability for loss of the parcel after it has left our warehouse is with the customer.

Important When your order is delivered a signature might be required by our carriers or Royal Mail recorded delivery.
If nobody is around to do this a card will be left informing you of the delivery attempt.
This card will give you all the info on how to either collect your parcel or get it redelivered.
If you do not collect the parcel it will be returned to us*. We will then give you a call to see if you still require the goods.
If you do wish us to resend your order then you will need to pay an additional postal charge, the amount of this charge is the cost to us and we will inform you of the cost before we resend your order. If your order originally qualified for free delivery we will have to charge for the second delivery.
If you decide you do not want your order resent then we will offer a refund for the goods but we cannot refund the original postal charge. If your order originally qualified for free delivery you will be refunded minus our delivery costs.
*With Parcel Force Carriers they will attempt a delivery twice. If a third attempt is required we will have to
charge for delivery again and if it is returned to us we will have to charge £15 whether you require the goods resent or not.
This is what we are charged for a return.
If you have chosen the option to leave your parcel in a safe place we are not liable for any loss of the parcel once it has left our warehouse.

About Our Security
We use SSL SECURITY.

If you do decide to buy something from this site (and we hope you do!) you will be asked to enter all your non-secure information i.e. name, address etc. into the checkout page, when you proceed you will then be asked to choose the payment method, if you then choose CREDIT CARD VIA SECURE SERVER it starts getting rather clever.

You will then be transferred to our Secure Web Site to enter your card details, where YOU are the only person on this planet to be able to see what you are typing. We never see your card details when you use this payment method.

Ways to Pay

 

We have always believed that our customers should be able to pay for their goods in a way that they feel most secure and comfortable with. So with that in mind, if you do decide to buy something from this site, you will find the following ways to pay:

Credit and Debit Cards via our Secure Server. This is probably the easiest way to pay, its safe and secure. To find out more see About Our Security.

PayPal. Choose our secure checkout and you will have the option to either pay with your credit/debit card or your PayPal account.

Google Checkout. At the basket you have the option to go straight to Google Checkout to pay for your goods.

Credit and Debit Cards by Telephone. See our Order Hotline page for all the details.

Credit and Debit Cards by Fax. Simply fax us on 01926 843 736 with your order.  Remember to include your name, address, card no., start and expiry date, issue no. (if Maestro), security number (last 3 digits on signature strip) and a signature.

Cheques. (UK orders only). Simply follow the instructions after you choose the cheque option at the checkout.

Toy Safety
Every toy we sell conforms to stringent regulations set out by the British Standards and the European Community and in line with the law they all carry the CE mark, denoting that they have passed the EN 71 and BS 5665 tests.

If you see this symbol beside an item it means that there is a reason that this toy is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OF AGE. The most common reason is small parts but it can also be due to fibre loss in soft toys.

You will sometimes see an age recommendation beside a toy, this is where a manufacturer believes that a child of a certain age will benefit from the toys design, as children are all very different in their ability, this is only a guide to help you.

Some items we sell are not classed as toys and so do not need to be tested like our toys. These items are mainly classed as gifts and include: mobiles; door plates; bookends and jewellery. Although these gifts are perfectly safe if used properly, we strongly recommend care in their placement and use, especially around young children.

Your Privacy
Any information that you give at the time of ordering or through any correspondence with us (name, address, card details etc.) will only be used by us for processing a request or order. We will not give any of these details to anyone else. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Do you want a 'Cookie'? If you buy a product from this site, you will be asked if you would like us to remember your details (name & address) by using a cookie. If you say yes, the next time you buy something from us using the same computer it will automatically fill in the address details you inputted before. If you say no, you will have to do some more typing next time.

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses.
